  圓侈口，帶銅釦，深壁圓底，矮圈足。器內口沿下印旋紋二道，回紋一道，內壁模印纏枝牡丹花紋，花紋工整繁密，間飾三嬰兒蹲臥其間，內底心印花圖案模糊難以辨識，據《故宮瓷器錄》舊載，器內底心印花圖紋為吳牛喘月圖。全器施罩牙白釉色，釉色泛黃。定窯窯址位在河北省曲陽縣澗磁村、燕山村一帶，窯場廣佈，是宋金時期北方最著名盛燒的白瓷窯場。
