  圓形鏡，龜形鈕，八角形鈕座。以鏡鈕為中心，依次環以八卦紋、十二生肖紋及銘文。銘文一周二十字：「水銀呈陰精，百鍊得為鏡。八卦氣象備，衛神永呆（保）命。」 宋元時期墓葬多見以鏡鎮邪。（宋）周密《癸辛雜識》即謂：「世大斂後，用鏡懸棺，蓋以照尸取光明破黑暗之義」。河北宣化遼墓更有將鏡子懸於墓頂，搭配星象圖以象徵天象。與此相似的八卦鏡流行於宋元時期，除出土於宋代窖藏，更見於元代墓葬。一面與本鏡類似的銅鏡即懸於甘肅漳縣一座元代墓葬的墓頂。
