• Shilin Station：Walk from Exit 1 of Shilin Station R16 for approximately 1-2 min to arrive at the bus stops on Zhongzheng Rd.; take Bus R30/紅30, 815, 304, 300, 255, S19, S18, or M1 to the National Palace Museum (bus travel time is approximately 15 min)
• Dazhi Station：Walk straight from Exit 3 of Dazhi Station BR14 to arrive at the bus stops on Beian Rd.; take BR13 to the National Palace Museum (bus travel time is approximately 10 min)
• Jiannan Road Station：Walk from Exit 1 of Jiannan Road Station BR15 and turn right on Beian Rd. to arrive at bus stops; take BR20, BL7 to the National Palace Museum (bus travel time is approximately 10 min).

2.By Car

Parking lots are available in the museum, and there are also paid parking lots nearby (about a 5-minute walk).

 

Southern Branch

1. HSR

HSR Chiayi Station to the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum

• Take BRT (7212) to NPM Southern Branch.
• Take Bus 106, 166, 7235 or Yellow 9 to reach NPM Southern Branch.
• Take Bus 105 and disembark at NPM Southern Branch (North).
• Take the free shuttle bus from Chiayi HSR Station [Exit 2]

2. Train

Chiayi Railway Station to the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum

• Chiayi Railway Station [Rear Station]:
  Take BRT (7212) to NPM Southern Branch.
  Take BRT (7211) to HSR Chiayi Station, then transfer to a local bus at Exit 2 to reach NPM Southern Branch.
• Other Bus Routes
  Take Bus 7303, 7320, 7326, 105 to NPM Southern Branch.

3. By Car

Two parking lots are available at Northside Entrance and Southside Entrance.
