Take the 111,123,128,303,304,306 Limited, 688 bus, disembark at either Qingshui Junior High School Stop or Seaport Art Center Stop.

Take the Taiwan Railway Western Line to Qingshui Station, and the Center is a 6-minute taxi ride away.

Exit National Highway 3 (Formosa Freeway) by way of Shalu Interchange, merges into Zhongqing Road; turn left on Zhongzhen Road; arrive at the Center.
Free parking is available at the Center's parking lot.

Disembark at THSR Taichung Station for a taxi ride of approximately 40 minutes.

The Center is accessible with a 15-minute taxi ride from Taichung Airport.
